Located within the city limits of Hendersonville and with a large variety of
fresh flowers and plants in stock, we are positioned to serve all Henderson
County zip codes with timely deliveries and unparalleled customer service.
It is always our goal to please you, our customer, and become your florist of
choice in this area. The other thing that I want you to know is that I will
always deal with you openly and honestly and I will never lie to you. That is
what I expect from my wholesalers and that is what you will receive here. If we
make a mistake, and being human we sometimes do, I will not hesitate to take the
blame and do whatever I can to do the right thing.
Like you we don't always fit into the mold. Although you are provided an online
catalog from which to choose, you are also welcomed to call us on our toll free
line (800-424-3045) to discuss your needs, Over time styles have changed and we
have changed with them. Although I will always love the wildflower look
personally, today’s style lends itself to more compact designs with the cubes
being very popular along with other vases. We do what you want. Not sure what

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your
order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative
Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day
and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day,

Blossom Basket delivery policy
|
A local delivery fee of $8.95 will be added to each order, for each address.
(For deliveries outside our local delivery area, an additional fee of $7.95 will
be added for the wire service fee, with the flower and delivery charges being
passed along to the filling florist) Therefore, although we want your business,
it will save you money to use a credit card and choose a local florist serving
that area. And by local florist I mean one that has a brick and mortar shop, not
an order gatherer like 1-800 Flowers, Pro Flowers and so many more like them. In
that case it will cost more than I would charge.
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to
assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the
following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we
cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays (except in special cases, such as
sympathy). But request for these deliveries must be received online by 10:00 am
on Saturday or called in before 11:30 am. Otherwise deliveries requested on this
day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop
directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
